Once an order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking information, for UK deliveries we use Parcel Force and Royal Mail who deliver Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Any customs Duties and import taxes need to be paid by you the customer and failure to pay customs duties will mean your parcel will be shipped back to us and no refund will be issued.

Orders outside of the UK have a weight limit of 5kg

We are a UK based Online store but offer shipping worldwide, if you don’t see your destination drop us an email on customer.support@refereekits.net or if your order is over the weight limit for your shipping destination.
